Replacing a spreadsheet-run dispatch operation
A regional distributor was coordinating drivers across a dozen shared spreadsheets. We built a single scheduling and tracking platform with live driver status and automated customer notifications.
MVP to first paying customers
A two-founder team with a validated idea and no engineering. We scoped ruthlessly, built the core product and payment flow, and had it in front of pilot users inside a quarter.
Client portal & document automation
Onboarding was a chain of emails and manually assembled PDFs. We replaced it with a self-service portal that generates documents from templates and tracks every signature.
Stock sync across four sales channels
Overselling was costing refunds and reputation. We built an integration layer that reconciles inventory between the warehouse system and every storefront in near real time.
Legacy system stabilised, then migrated
An unsupported in-house application with no documentation and frequent outages. We audited it, fixed the critical failures first, then moved it to managed cloud infrastructure module by module.
Reporting that used to take a person a week
Monthly production reporting was assembled by hand from four systems. We built a pipeline and dashboard that produces the same reports on demand, with drill-down the old process never allowed.
